Owns, operates, and maintains affordable housing units for low and moderate income families, individuals, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. Offers Resident Service Centers at properties designated for older adults and individuals with disabilities that provide social and recreational activities, counseling, and linkage to community resources. Also Community Resource Centers that offer educational programs and supportive services for individuals and families including afterschool homework help, financial literacy education, ESOL instruction, and computer instruction.
